🛫From Belgium to Narita🛬

【Before Departure]

As a foreign nationality, our guest thoroughly checked the necessary documents for entering Japan with both the embassy and the airline.

Necessary documents

・Negative COVID test certificate (JP government form recommended)

・QR code certificate after answering the online questionnaire

・Signed and completed written pledge (you can get it in the plane)

・Valid VISA/ alien ID card

・Installing apps (MySOS, Google Maps, and COCOA)

He also printed the booking confirmation and invoice to prove his quarantine information and it was helpful to show quarantine people!

【During the Flight】

The flight was about 20% full or less.

【After Arrival】

After arriving, the procedure was very good, but the waiting time at each step was very long.

He arrived at about 2:30 p.m. and he could leave the airport at 7:30 p.m. and headed to the hotel for the 3-day mandatory quarantine.

The COVID test method was saliva and it was much better than the nose test!

They provide a bento box for every meal.

We can also arrange a sterilized wagon hire for guests.
