I am Sato, Representative Director of Iraka Co., Ltd.

We started from our own real estate leasing business, and now we are developing hotel and inn businesses centered on Vacation Stay.

The impact of this new Corona on our core business has a great impact, but what I strongly recall here is the SARS that I experienced in Hong Kong nearly 20 years ago. That uneasy feeling when evacuating to Japan while having a small child, life after returning to Japan. Fortunately, I was able to return to Hong Kong, where my mother and child were waiting for my husband, half a year later, with the help of my school teachers and friends near my parents' home.

　

It was this support service that wondered what we could do now, as the memories of that time were clearly restored. We are positively working on the opportunity to make the best use of the know-how cultivated through Vacation Stay and our own properties that have been gradually increased over the last 10 years.

 

We will do our best to eliminate the anxiety of everyone returning from overseas.

The roof of the town, "Iraka", which is connected to the blue sky in May. I named it because I wanted to create a building that would blend into the scenery of the city.
